TESTING

The Following is a list of tests and checkouts made on each panel.

1. Physical inspection of panel

   • Verification of mounted equipment

   • Structural integrity

2. Verification of wire termination's

   • Physically inspect tightness

   • Continuity testing

3. Dielectric tests of wires

4. Energizing panel and doing "power on" functional and operational testing of all devices

   • Current injection

   • Voltage injection

   • I/O sequence

   • Testing done in accordance with vendors manuals

5. Optional calibration of instrumentation

6. Optional acceptance testing before installation

7. Optional customer factory acceptance testing

   • Factory computer programs

   • End-to-end testing (RS485, fiber optic, etc.)
