INSTALLATION AND CONSTRUCTION

Listed below are the installed requirements under which each panel if built.

1. Panel designed for variety of environments:

   • Corrosive/no-corrosive

   • Indoor/Outdoor

   • Future expansion

2. Stiffeners to reinforce cutout openings on larger panels

3. Heavy duty terminal blocks GE Type EB25 or equivalent (Compression type terminal blocks available)

4. Test switches installed as specified

   • ABB Type FT-1

   • States

   • Meter Devices

5. Grommets, windlace, edge protectors and wireways used to protect wires

6. General wiring #14 Type SIS gray standard unless otherwise specified

7. All wire terminations shall be the following:

   • Insulated or uninsulated ring lugs depending on requirements or customer specifications

   • Secured with ratchet type crimping tool designed for the specific lug

   • Labeled to reflect "to and from" designations

   • Not have more than two termination's on one terminal point

   • Neatly bundled and tied using standard wire ties

   • No splices

8. All devices tagged and labeled

   • Engraved nameplates on front of panel using laminated lynply material with screws

   • Adhesive labels in back of panel to identify devices

9. Paints and finishes:

   • ANSI 61 or custom colors

   • Steel Structures Painting Council Standards

   • No burrs or blemishes
