CONTROL ENGINEERING AND DESIGN

1. ISO-9002 Certified

2. All drawings done in either AutoCAD or Microstation

3. Engineering done either using customer drawings or a complete design package by RA

4. Designs reviewed with customers prior to and into construction phase

5. Designs meet or exceed industry standard:

   • IEEE

   • NEMA

   • UL

   • ANSI

   • ICEA

6. Documentation packages include the following:

   • Approval drawings (Done within two weeks from the date of order)

   • Drawings include bill of materials and list of nameplates

   • Preliminary drawings to reflect revisions

   • Final or "as built" drawings

   • Certificates of conformance and compliance

   • All instruction books pertaining to the installed equipment

7. Panels shipped using secured methods:

   • Bolted, banded and polyvinyl wrapped to skids

   • Reputable carriers used (Customers may select their own)

   • Complete plywood crating available

   • Overseas crating available including vacuum sealing, use of desiccants and fumigation of wood materials if needed

8. 12 month warranty on workmanship from date of shipment
